The news come just days after the pair revealed dates for their co-headlining "Fame Kills" concert run, which was due to kick off Nov. 10 in Phoenix and run through at least January.
Live Nation did not provide a reason for the cancellation.
The promoter said refunds will be available at the point of purchase, with tickets purchased online and via phone refunded automatically.
Most speculate that the tour was canceled due to the negative vibe still surrounding West after he famously interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for best female video at last month's MTV Video Music Awards. West apologized for his behavior immediately after the incident with a blog on his Web site. He also asked for forgiveness during an appearance on the "Jay Leno Show," where he said much of his odd behavior stems from failing to take a break after his mother died in September 2007.
"So many celebrities, they never take the time off," he told Leno. "I've never taken the time off to really — you know, just music after music and tour after tour. I'm just ashamed that my hurt caused someone else's hurt. My dream of what awards shows are supposed to be, 'cause, and I don't try to justify it because I was just in the wrong. That's period. But I need to, after this, take some time off and just analyze how I'm going to make it through the rest of this life, how I'm going to improve."
