Stephanie Pratt Charged with DUI

Stephanie Pratt, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, newHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Reality star Stephanie Pratt was formally charged Wednesday for driving under the influence (DUI), stemming from her arrest earlier this month in Hollywood.

The 23-year-old Hills star was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after a second breath test registered at 0.9, according to TMZ.com.

If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Pratt was arrested on Oct. 18, shortly after leaving castmate Holly Montag's birthday party at L.A. nightclub Empire.
