The Victoria's Secret model and Project Runway host has officially taken her husband Seal's last name of Samuel. The legal process was finalized Friday in Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES — Heidi Klum and Seal have welcomed a baby girl!
The "Project Runway" host gave birth to daughter Lou Sulola Samuel on Friday in Los Angeles, Seal confirmed in a statement Monday.
"It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," the singer says. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?"
"On Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at 7:46 p.m., the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter," he continues. "Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."
The new arrival joins siblings Henry, 4, and Johan, 2½.
Klum also has a daughter, Leni, 5, from a previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
Seal announced the pregnancy in April during a concert at New York City's Radio City Music Hall.
Klum, 36, and Seal, 46, have been married since 2005. In May, the couple renewed their wedding vows in a "White Trash"-themed ceremony in Malibu.
Klum recently filed a petition to legally take on Seal's last name, Samuel.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — One of Hollywood's most glamorous couple's has another bun in the oven.
Supermodel Heidi Klum is pregnant and expecting her third child with singer Seal, a source tells People.
The baby is due in the fall, the magazine said.
The pair, who married on a beach in Mexico on May 10, 2005, is already proud parents to sons Henry Günther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2.
Klum, 35, also has a 4-year-old daughter, Leni, from a previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
The pregnancy news isn't completely surprising. After all, the Victoria's Secret model previously told Redbook the door was still open on having another baby.
"We're not saying no way," she told the mag. "So many people say, 'I am so done.' That hasn't come out of my mouth, and it hasn’t come out of Seal's mouth either. I feel like we still have one coming."
When asked what her children do to make her laugh, Klum told the mag: "Everything."
"We were in the pool the other day, and I said to my daughter, 'Do you have to go to the potty?' She said, 'Don't worry about it, Mom. I just peed in the pool. It's cool. Nobody knows.' "
