HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kellie Pickler has a new man in her life who's making her "crazy."
"I've met someone now that I'm crazy about and he's crazy about me, and I couldn't imagine being with anyone else," gushed the former "American Idol" star during an interview with the national radio show "GAC Nights: Live From Nashville."
While she admits to being head over heels for her mystery man, the singer is not thinking about a trip down the aisle anytime soon.
"There's a sense of reality where you have to be a realist and think, this is something that you're gonna make a vow to spend the rest of your life with this person and your priorities are gonna change," explained Pickler. "Right now, I'm in the point of my life where I want my career to be No. 1."
In October, Pickler told People that she battled depression and suffered severe side-effects to anti-depressants that she began taking to deal with family problems and an emotional breakup with hockey player Jordin Tootoo.
"Everything in my professional life seemed great," she told the mag. "But in my personal life, I was just crumbling."
Back on her feet, the North Carolina native, who will be heading out on tour later this year with country star Taylor Swift, told the radio show she wants to be selfish for now and think about marriage down the road.
"I'm not ready — I'm 22, I just started out — I'm not ready to put my husband first," said Pickler. "[I’ll wait until] I'm to a point into my career where I can say, 'This can come in second and I'm ready to have a family.' "
