Kellie PicklerHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — While everything appeared normal on the outside, Kellie Pickler says she was an "emotional wreck" last year.

In the latest issue of People, the former "American Idol" star reveals she battled depression and suffered severe side-effects to anti-depressants that she began taking to deal with family problems and an emotional breakup with hockey player Jordin Tootoo.
