HOLLYWOOD, Calif. —Audrina Patridge is the latest star to head from "The Hills."
The 23-year-old actress has inked a deal with reality guru Mark Burnett to star in her own series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Earlier this month, Lauren Conrad also revealed that she was leaving MTV's hit reality show.
Like her fellow co-star, Patridge will also depart "The Hills" after its upcoming fifth season, which debuts April 6.
Burnett will be in front of the networks next week pitching Patridge's new reality show, which will follow her personal and professional life.
"We are truly pleased to have the chance to work with Audrina," Burnett told the trade publication. "She has already proved her star quality, and we can't wait to show her fans worldwide the next stage of her life and career."
Patridge quickly became a household name when she joined "The Hills" cast in 2006. In recent time, she has attempted to branch out into a film career, although her first entry, a sequel to Jessica Alba's "Into the Blue," went straight to DVD. The movie is due out next month.
As for the future of "The Hills," an MTV spokesperson said life may still go on for Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag and company.
"We cannot confirm a sixth season at this time," the spokesperson told the Reporter. "However, 'The Hills' will continue as long as there are stories to tell, and as of now we don't see an end in sight."
