Nicole Richie Pictures: Nicole Richie signs copies of her new book "Priceless" at Borders Columbus Circle on September 28, 2010 in New York City.

Richie made it to New York from Los Angeles after suffering two separate plane delays.

"I'M HERE NYC! 12 hour flight. No hair. No makeup. But NOTHING is stopping me from Borders! Here I come!" she posted on Twitter after she arrived in the Big Apple.

"Priceless," Richie's second novel, is a heart-warming story of a girl who loses everything then learns about what really matters in life. It is the follow-up to Richie's debut novel, "The Truth About Diamonds."
