HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have tied the knot, according to Us Weekly.
The "Hills" stars reportedly eloped on Nov. 19 at the One & Only Palmilla Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
"The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying," the 22-year-old Montag tells the magazine of their impromptu wedding.
In his vows, Pratt is said to have told his bride: "Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always."
The couple, known for their hot and cold relationship which plays out on the hit MTV reality show, first announced that they were engaged in May 2007. That engagement was later broken and part of the "Hills" season finale last December, but they reunited in May and began making preparations to marry again.
Montag tells Us that she put out a feeler to her mother recently, which helped lead to the couple's escape to Mexico.
"I called her right before the ceremony, sort of hinted that something that happened, but her reaction was to ask me if we were breaking up! I told her it might be something else, and she said, 'Well, if you ever plan on getting married just know that your stepdad is really upset that you want your father to walk you down the aisle,' " explained Montag.
"She was starting so much drama, it kind of pushed me toward wanting to get married without that," she added. "I don't know when I'll tell her."
Montag's mother isn't the only family member who isn't overly thrilled with the news.
"I would be upset if she got married and didn’t invite me!" her father, Bill Montag, told People after reports of the secret nuptials first surfaced.
