The 18-year-old "Heroes" star is auctioning off the opportunity to spend some quality time with her. In an eBay auction, which is now open and ends on May 30, the winning bidder and up to five guests will be able to enjoy a private whale watching tour off the coast of Santa Barbara, Calif. with Panettiere and Jeff Pantukhoff, a world-renowned whale researcher.

The winner will also get a chance to bring along guests to a Save the Whales Again! fundraising dinner at Eva Longoria's Hollywood restaurant Beso.

After just one day, the bidding for the once-in-a-lifetime experience had already reached $4,180.

Proceeds from the auction will go towards the Save the Whales Again! campaign, in which Panettiere is an outspoken activist.
