Tila Tequila hits the town for dinner at Mr. Chow restaurant on October 2, 2009 in Beverly Hills, California.

The MTV star has kept a relatively low profile ever since the San Diego District Attorney's office announced that charges would not be filed against San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman following an early-morning altercation with Tequila in September. Following the D.A.'s decision, Tequila's attorney said the "Shot at Love" star would immediately begin pursuing civil charges against Merriman.
