102.7 KIIS-FM, a premiere mainstream radio station based in Los Angeles, has been hosting this renowned concert annually since 1998. This year's event boasted big-name celebrities such as Usher, Ludacris, Akon, Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Adam Lambert, David Guetta, B.O.B, Lyaz, and many more.

"The vibe is 'Where is Justin Bieber?' — that's the vibe," KISS-FM host Ryan Seacrest told MTV News. "All the girls that are hanging out here, even the ones that work for us, are like, 'Have you seen him?' I'm like, 'I'm right here.' They're like, 'No, no. Justin Bieber.' "
