Actress America Ferrera shooting on location for "Ugly Betty" on the streets of Manhattan on August 25, 2009 in New York City.

The actress slipped into an oversized hot dog costume on set, where she was joined by co-star Michael Urie, who was dressed as a bun. Perhaps sick of hot dogs, Ferrera asked an assistant to feed her a banana during one break between scenes. The fourth season of "Ugly Betty," which now includes newcomer Kristen Johnston, is set to premiere on Oct. 9.
