HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia are no longer.
The "Heroes" co-stars reportedly ended their approximately year-long romance within the last week, an insider tells Us Weekly.
"It was a lifestyle conflict," a source close to the couple told the mag. "They were in very different places."
According to the insider, the couple's breakup had much to do with their 12-year age difference.
"She likes to go out in the Hollywood scene and that's not his style," the source said of the 19-year-old Panettiere.
While their dating days have ended, the couple's pal told Us the pair remains close.
"They are still on friendly terms," said the source. "There are no hard feelings."
In January, Panettiere's father, Alan Lee Panettiere, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery for allegedly hitting his wife last August. He received a two-year probation sentence and was ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling, in addition to being fined $400.
