Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Files for Divorce

Kelly RutherfordHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Kelly Rutherford is splitting with her husband, despite being three months pregnant, according to People.

The 40-year-old "Gossip Girl" star cited "irreconcilable differences" when she filed for divorce from her husband of two years, German businessman Daniel Giersch, on Dec. 30, the magazine says.

Rutherford and Giersch welcomed their first child, a son named Hermes, in Oct. 2006, two months after they tied the knot.

Rutherford's latest pregnancy was first announced last month.
