DALLAS — The Super Bowl is still days away, but the battle for the game's best song is on!
Lil Wayne has dropped his Green Bay Packers anthem "Green and Yellow," the rapper's take on the popular "Black and Yellow" track Wiz Khalifa introduced for his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers.
"Got a call from my homey, this just in," raps the Young Money star, who hails from New Orleans but has long been a Green Bay fan. "The Packers in the Super Bowl and they better win / They call him Big Ben, but he weak, though/ We in Dallas, but we Lambeau Leap, ho/ Long hair, don't care, Clay Matthews/ We sh--in' on these fools, no bathroom/ Yeah, got a pocket full of big faces/ Throw it up, touchdown on Ike Taylor."
Weezy teased the new remix on Twitter, telling his followers: "song is done and out. get it! green bay all day!"
The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Green Bay Packers at Super Bowl XLV, taking place Sunday at Cowboys Stadium in Texas. Christina Aguilera will sing the national anthem, with the Black Eyed Peas taking the stage at halftime.
