Rep: Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth Are Not Engaged

Reese Witherspoon, boyfriend, Jim Toth, dating, engaged, engagement, rumors, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth may be happily in love, but they aren't prepping for a wedding yet.

"They are not engaged," Witherspoon's rep assured People on Wednesday as rumors spread about the twosome heading for the altar.

The couple has been forced to split their time of late while Witherspoon, 34, shoots her upcoming movie This Means War in Vancouver. As for when Toth might pop the question, a source tells the mag it's simply a matter of time.

"Jim knows Reese is the one for him. It's what he's been waiting for," explained the insider. "[Getting engaged] is a natural step for them but they're not in a rush. There's no deadline, no timetable. But it's something in the future."

Witherspoon and Toth, a Hollywood agent, have been dating since January.
