Mo'Nique and Sidney Hicks Pictures: Mo'Nique and Sidney Hicks arrive on the black carpet at the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards held at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center on October 2, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z each took home three awards to emerge as the big winners at the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards. Minaj won Rookie of the Year, People's Champ and the Made-You-Look award, a title the Lil Wayne protégé earned behind her Harajuku Barbie wigs and colorful fashion attire. Jay-Z took home honors for Best Live Performer, CD of the Year for The Blueprint 3 and the Perfect Combo Award for his New York anthem with Alicia Keys, "Empire State of Mind."

The 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards, hosted by comedian Mike Epps, will air on Oct. 12.
