Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, back, together, dating, couple, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — For the second time in a week, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have fueled speculation that they're back together.

On Wednesday, the twosome celebrated Montag's 24th birthday in Santa Barbara, Calif., where they were seen sipping champagne and kissing.

The make-out session happened just days after the pair embarked on a charity walk together after returning from a trip to Costa Rica.

Another sign that the reality stars are hot and heavy again? Montag has been photographed of late with her wedding ring clearly visible.

Montag filed for divorce in July, less than two months after she sought a legal separation from Pratt. The twosome tied the knot in April 2009 at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif.
