HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kim Kardashian has pleaded with a fan who wants to undergo plastic surgery in an attempt to look like her.
On Saturday, a Twitter user said she planned to go under the knife to satisfy her husband.
"I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me," the woman wrote. "He worships her"
Kardashian soon responded with an emphatic "NO" after reading the disturbing entry.
"Pls dont," Kardashian pleaded. "Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside &out! Just as u are."
She added, "Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are."
Last week, Kardashian played coy when asked if she was dating Dallas Cowboys star Miles Austin.
"I am having a really good time. I am living my life... and there's nothing that I want to tell you," she said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show. "I'm single and I'm having a good time. You're making it really awkward, Ryan!"
