HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Marriage has never been a priority for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, but the actress insists that could change if their six children press them to tie the knot.
"I think it would be hard to say no to the kids," the 35-year-old star admits in an interview airing Monday night on ABC's Nightline.
As of now, "they're not asking," Jolie tells interviewer Cynthia McFadden.
"They are very aware that nothing's missing," she says.
Jolie, whose new spy thriller film Salt opens July 23, also says the Hollywood twosome is open to having more children in the future.
"There's no plans at the moment for more, but we always talk about it," she says. "We're open. We still love the idea of having more children."
The couple remains open to adding to their family despite what Jolie describes as a rather hectic breakfast routine.
"We try to corral them," she says of the morning ritual at home. "We're like bartenders. We're like waiters. But we still, I think, are able to do it because we manage to have a great laugh. We do it together, and we find fun in it, and because of that, it doesn't matter if you don't get sleep. It's an honor to take care of them."
