The show's 100th episode, directed by Boreanaz, will recount the first time Brennan and Booth worked together. But is the pair finally going to hook up for real?

"It's exciting. We really get a chance to go back and see the characters and what they were [like] before the pilot [episode]," Boreanaz told Entertainment Tonight, adding of their characters' flirtatious start: "In the end, someone has to make a choice, and that choice will happen, and someone wants to take a chance and wants to gamble on that."

"How can something not happen like that in 100 episodes?" Deschanel wondered. "I feel like they've got to get together, right?"
