Singer-actress Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and her husband, musician Pete Wentz, arrive at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino to celebrate Ashlee's 25th birthday on October 3, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Simpson-Wentz tells People that she's excited about Heather Locklear's return to "Melrose Place."

"She's great. She's fantastic," she says of Locklear. "I really, truly believe that she's part of the heart of the show. She's so sweet and has a great energy, so it's great to have her on the show.
