HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — David Arquette and Courteney Cox will be haunted once again.
The couple is returning for a fourth installment of the horror franchise "Scream," Arquette confirmed to E! News. But even more important than facing the Ghostface killer is the chance to recall the start of a romance.
"I fell in love with my wife on 'Scream.' It's just going to be really fun," said the 37-year-old actor.
While writer Kevin Williamson is also on board to return, it remains to be seen whether Wes Craven, who directed the first three films, is coming back.
Also out of the picture is Neve Campbell, who turned down an offer to reprise her scary role.
"I hope Neve does it," said Arquette of his wishes for the actress to have a change of heart.
As for the film's scary plot, Arquette said he's disappearing like a ghost.
"Kevin has sort of put out the broad strokes," said Arquette, "but I don't think I'm at liberty to share any of that."
