HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jennie Garth is coming back to her old zip code.
The actress has officially signed on as a recurring character in the upcoming CW spinoff of "Beverly Hills, 90210," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Garth, 36, will reprise her role of Kelly Taylor from the original series, in which she starred from 1990-2000. She will return as a counselor at her alma mater, West Beverly Hills High, in the contemporary spinoff, the Reporter says.
Last month, Garth left the CBS pilot "My Best Friend's Girl," which immediately led to speculation of a "90210" return.
Garth most recently starred on the WB's "What I Like About You" and on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."
She joins previously announced cast members that include Lori Loughlin, AnnaLynne McCord and Dustin Milligan.
Loughlin, 43, will portray Celia Mills, an ex-Olympic star who relocates to Beverly Hills with her husband and two children. Milligan, 22, will play a likeable star athlete named Ethan, while McCord, 20, will play Naomi, considered one of the most popular girls at West Beverly Hills High.
