NEW YORK — Jessica Simpson paid a visit to the Late Show with David Letterman last night, where the host had plenty of questions about a pair of her ex-boyfriends, football star Tony Romo and singer John Mayer.
"Tony is great, still a friend of mine," Simpson said of the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, whom she admitted broke up with her on her 29th birthday last year. "I still look at his cute butt in the outfit – uniform."
As for Mayer, Simpson said she was "very disappointed" in him after he compared their bedroom life to "sexual napalm" in a recent Playboy interview.
"Normally you'd think someone you care about would keep those details to himself," she said. "It was definitely a compliment, in a way. I don't really want people to know that about me. I'm like the good girl, then that happened."
"He gave away my game," added the star.
While she hasn't spoken with Mayer recently, Simpson admitted: "I will always care about him. I think he's a great person, a great musician."
