SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Actor and television host Gary Collins was arrested Saturday evening on suspicion of drunken driving, according to The Associated Press.
The 70-year-old Collins was stopped by authorities in Santa Barbara, where he was driving a motor home erratically, according to a police report obtained by AP.
Collins was arrested after he failed a field sobriety test. He was later released on $25,000 bail, AP says.
This is the third time that Collins has faced DUI charges. He most recently pleaded no contest to DUI charges stemming from a October 2007 incident, in which he was sentenced to four days in jail.
