HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Susan Sarandon has heard the buzz about a potential tribute to The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Glee. So would the actress, who starred as Janet Weiss in the 1975 cult classic, be down for a guest appearance on the hit show?
"Depending on what they wanted me to do," the 63-year-old Oscar winner tells People. "I'm not really a singer, so I wouldn't be very out there. I'm a terrible singer. But I'm flattered they want to do it."
Sarandon admits she just recently got hooked on the Fox series and has a lot of catching up to do.
"I don't really have a TV, but when I was on location in New Orleans, I saw it and I was very moved and I thought it was really well done and fun. I liked it," Sarandon says.
She adds, "I can't say I've seen a lot of the episodes. I'll wait for the boxed set."
Sarandon would join a growing list of celebrities who are making guest appearances on Glee. Others already lined up for the Emmy-nominated show's second season include Britney Spears and Javier Bardem.
