HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actor Scott Michael Foster was arrested early Monday on misdemeanor charges of drunk driving, the Associated Press reports.
The 23-year-old "Greek" star was stopped by authorites around 12:20 a.m. at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Cherokee Street in Hollywood.
Foster was later released around 5 a.m. after posting a $5,000 bail. The actor is due back in court on Aug. 11.
Foster, who was born in Winfield, Ill. but spent most of his childhood in Flower Mound, Texas, plays Kappa Tau president Cappie on the ABC Family TV series.
In addition to acting, Foster is also an accomplished musician, currently singing in the band Siren's Eye.
