HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mel Gibson may be facing an uphill battle in his custody fight with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
The actor was reportedly caught on tape using the N-word and other derogatory phrases in a profanity-laced tirade against Grigorieva, the mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Lucia.
Both TMZ and RadarOnline say they've heard the tapes, which were secretly recorded by Grigorieva and remain under seal after being submitted to the judge in their custody case.
"You're an embarrassment to me," Gibson allegedly says. "You look like a f---ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n---ers, it will be your fault."
Grigorieva also has "incendiary e-mails" from the Oscar winner, TMZ says.
This isn't the first time Gibson's mouth has turned into a "Lethal Weapon." In 2006, the Braveheart star famously went on a tirade against Jews after being arrested on drunken driving charges in Los Angeles.
"F-----g Jews. The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world," he yelled.
Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, split in April after a year of dating.
