HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan is giving rehab another shot.
The 24-year-old actress has checked into attorney Robert Shapiro's sober living house, Pickford Lofts, TMZ reports.
Lohan reportedly entered the West Hollywood facility on Wednesday afternoon. The move was recommended by Shapiro, who was hired by Lohan after she was sentenced earlier this month to 90 days in jail for violating terms of her probation. The starlet was also ordered to spend 90 days in rehab after finishing her jail sentence, but by acting now, Shapiro could be hoping to reduce or completely eliminate her prison time.
Michael Lohan, who has been pushing for his daughter to get into rehab for months, rejoiced at the news.
"Why is that I had to cry from the mountain for Lindsay to listen to me, and now finally she is doing what I said?" the starlet's father told TMZ. "I just pray they implement everything else I said, like getting Lindsay clean of all meds, picking all new friends and management, and that Dina put her motives aside and she go to counseling with Lindsay and me."
