Actress Rebecca Budig has filed for divorce from the former Bachelor and Bachelorette star after five years of marriage, People reports.

Budig, best known for her role as Greenlee Smythe on All My Children, cited irreconcilable differences in her Los Angeles Superior Court filing. She's asking the court to deny Guiney any spousal support

Guiney, 38, and Budig, 36, married on July 3, 2004 at his family's vacation cabin in Long Lake, Mich. They do not have any children.

The two reportedly remain close despite breaking up earlier this year.
