HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Paris Hilton has set her sights on another business venture, which could lead to some good old fashioned family competition.
The 29-year-old star wants to become a hotelier after conquering both fashion and entertainment.
"I've pretty much done all you can do, but my next project that I'd like to do is get more involved in real estate – just from being in the business and growing up in it my whole life, it's always something I've been interested in," Hilton told Fox News. "And right now that I've done everything I've wanted to do, that would definitely be the next step, to open my own hotels."
It remains to be seen whether the heiress has grandfather Conrad Hilton's permission to use the family name.
Not every business venture has been a success for Hilton. Last week, Hairtech International Inc. filed a $35 million lawsuit against Hilton, claiming she breached her contract with them by wearing a competitor's fake locks.
