HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicky Hilton isn't packing heat, but it's probably best not to mess with her.
The 25-year-old fashion designer layed down the law early Saturday by making a citizen's arrest against a man who allegedly elbowed her into the side of a car, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The incident took place outside a West Hollywood IHOP restaurant and was witnessed (insert joke here) by a deputy eating at the establishment, the newspaper says.
Police arrested Michael Broadhurst, 50, of Los Angeles, who was cited on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.
Hilton, who had been dining with three friends, was not injured during the incident, a police spokesperson told the paper.
The sister of socialite Paris Hilton recently returned to California after taking in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2009 in New York City.
