HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are headed for battle again, this time for charity.
The two stars of MTV's "The Hills" are among the cast announced today for NBC's new reality show, "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!"
The couple will be joined on the series by NBA great and TV personality John Salley ("Best Damned Sports Show Period"), supermodel and TV star Janice Dickinson ("The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency"), 2007 "American Idol" contestant Sanjaya Malakar, actor Stephen Baldwin ("The Usual Suspects") and professional wrestler and beauty queen Torrie Wilson.
The network said three additional celebrity contestants will be named soon, along with the show's hosts.
One person still hoping to join the cast is Rod Blagojevich. Earlier this week, a judge barred the former Illinois governor from traveling to Costa Rica to shoot the series while awaiting his trial on racketeering and other charges.
"I'm a Celebrity" will feature 10 stars getting dropped into the heart of the jungle, where their survival skills will be tested and they'll partake in challenges to win food, supplies and luxury items. Viewers will have the ultimate say in who remains or goes, with the last remaining star winning a prize for their favorite charity.
The series will premiere with a two-hour episode on June 1 at 8 p.m. ET.
Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, will be getting married this weekend.
