Mischa Barton Charged with DUI, Pot Possession

Mischa Barton, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, nude, naked, slip, breasts, boobsHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mischa Barton is being charged with four misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence and possession of marijuana, as a result of her December arrest, police announced Tuesday.

The 22-year-old Barton is also being charged with driving without a valid license and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher. Her arraignment on the charges will take place Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.

The former "O.C." star was arrested in West Hollywood, Calif. on Dec. 27. The police have revealed that she was pulled over after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn.

In January, Barton discussed her arrest on Ryan Seacrest's KISS-FM radio show, explaining, "I was pulled over... just that. Obviously, I'm 100% responsible for my actions in this case and I'm really disappointed in myself... I don't know what to say about it, except that I'm not perfect and I just don't ever intend to do something this stupid again."
