HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — If you were hoping to gain some insight from Milo Ventimiglia on his relationship with Hayden Panettiere in the latest issue of GQ magazine, think again.
The 30-year-old star stayed true to his past mum ways, saying virtually nothing about his rumored romance with his "Heroes" co-star.
When asked if he's bothered by the couple's nickname of "HALO" by celebrity bloggers, Ventimiglia says, "You know what, man — it makes me smile."
When pressed further and asked why he doesn't just come out in the open about the relationship, the actor reveals he's simply trying to hold onto what little privacy he can.
"When you're in the public eye, you try to keep whatever you can private," Ventimiglia says. "People can speculate and talk. But what can you do — stop living your life?
Ventimiglia and Panettiere, who is 18, have been the talk of the tabloids ever since last December.
