HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Miley Cyrus say her new clothing line with Max Azria will allow everyone to feel glamorous, even if Hollywood isn't located right around the corner.
"The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don't have it available," the 16-year-old "Hannah Montana" star reveals in the August issue of Elle magazine.
When it comes to her own denim shopping, Cyrus confesses that she's more than willing to splurge.
"I would pay $500 for the jeans that we make for $20," she tells the mag. "I'm really into high fashion."
Cyrus admits that being a celebrity is a pretty good deal when it comes to getting all decked out.
"The most fun thing about prom is having that one special night when you dress up and you feel like a princess, and honestly, I get to do that one night a lot," she says.
While Cyrus loves to get all glammed up, don't expect to see any physical changes taking place anytime soon. In April, she was the center of a joke made by actor Jamie Foxx, who told a caller on his radio show: "Who is Miley Cyrus? The one with all the gums? She's got to get a gum transplant!" But Cyrus says she's happy with ner natural style.
"I like these crooked. I love my teeth," she says. "My dad won't let me fix my teeth or cut my hair. He loves it. He's like, 'It's you!' "
While being a celebrity has its benefits when it comes to fulfilling her love for fashion, Cyrus says that being a big star does present a few challenges.
"There are so many people that could be using you," she says. "So me and Nick [Jonas] and Demi [Lovato], we don't need anything from each other. We got our own thing going on."
