ANAHEIM, Calif. — Miley Cyrus got a jump start on her upcoming 16th birthday with a special party Sunday at Disneyland.
More than 5,000 guests were on hand at the Anaheim, Calif. theme park, which was closed exclusively for Cyrus. Many of the guests paid $250 a ticket to join the festivities for the "Hannah Montana" star, who turn 16 on Nov. 23.
"My parents shut down Disneyland for me, so I'm good for a while," Cyrus, who also received a new puppy from her family, told The Associated Press.
Among the celebrity guests on hand were Cyrus' pal Demi Lovato, as well as Tyra Banks, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Cindy Crawford, Steve Carell, Jennie Garth and David Archuleta.
At one point, Cyrus' boyfriend, Justin Gaston, joined her father, Billy Ray, and older sister Brandi on stage for "Achy Breaky Heart."
Cyrus, who wore a white ruffled skirt and jersey-like vest with "Sweet 16" printed on the back, also took the stage and performed four songs.
"This is the most amazing sweet 16 that a girl could have," she told the crowd.
