Men Arrested at Kate Hudson's New York City Home

TMZ.com first reported the news of a neighbor dialing 911 "after seeing what she thought were men on her roof with a rifle."

When police officials arrived on the scene, they discovered three young men. One was holding a camera and another held a toy rifle.

According to TMZ, the men reportedly told police they were shooting a movie. They had a script with them at the time and are believed to be film students.

It is unknown if the 28-year-old Hudson was home at the time of the arrest.
