HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — There's a new bad boy in town at West Beverly High School.
Matt Lanter is joining the cast of The CW's "90210" for a multi-episode arc, according to People.
The 25-year-old actor will star as Liam and become a potential love interest of Naomi, a character portrayed by AnnaLynne McCord. He is expected to make his debut in February, the magazine says.
Lanter is best known as the voice of Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars: The Clone Wars." The Ohio native also shook things up on "Heroes" in 2006, starring as a high school jock who put the moves on Hayden Panettiere's character, Claire Bennett.
"90210" returns with new episodes on Jan. 6.
