HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lauren Bosworth is the latest Hills star jumping into the publishing world.
The reality starlet has inked a book deal to publish a dating survival guide called The Lo–Down, publisher Simon & Schuster announced Thursday.
"I've always been the girl that others go to for advice and at my age, the topic of discussion is almost always guys and relationships," said Bosworth. "Helping my friends has always come naturally to me, and I'm so thrilled to gain a whole new group of girlfriends through The Lo-Down."
The book will include Bosworth's own trials and tribulations in the dating world, as well as offer advice that she garnered from being a helpful source of guidance for her friends, including some of her co-stars on The Hills.
The Lo-Down will hit bookshelves in January 2011.
Former Hills stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port have also signed book deals.
