HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The bike ride is over for Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong.
The 29-year-old actress and the 36-year-old cycling champion reportedly called it quits over the weekend, a source tells Us Weekly magazine.
"There was no drama or ugliness — they just decided to end things," the source revealed. "There is no hatred, just sadness."
The couple is said to have made the decision while in Columbus, Ohio last weekend for Armstrong's Livestrong Summit.
The pair first made a splash in May when they were spotted getting cozy while enjoying a weekend together in Austin, Texas. On one evening, Hudson was seen joining Armstrong and his three kids for dinner at Hula Hut.
In June, Hudson's 4-year-old son Ryder, from her previous marriage to singer Chris Robinson, enjoyed a Father's Day brunch with Armstrong.
Prior to her romance with the seven-time Tour de France winner, Hudson's on-again, off-again relationship with actor Owen Wilson was said to have ended once more.
Armstrong, who had a high-profile relationship with singer Sheryl Crow for many years, had been linked to actress Ashley Olsen just prior to dating Hudson.
