Kate Gosselin Files for Child and Spousal Support

Kate Gosselin, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, newHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kate Gosselin has filed for child and spousal support in the latest round of her ongoing legal tassle with estranged husband Jon.

The 34-year-old mother of eight filed her paperwork last week, according to published reports. The filing announcement comes after Kate recently accused Jon of withdrawing $230,000 out of a joint account that could only be touched if both sides signed off on it.

"She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator's decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes," Mark Momjian, one of Kate's divorce attorneys, tells People.

Jon and Kate will look to iron out their financial differences at an arbitrator's conference scheduled for Tuesday.
