HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Justin Timberlake was granted a temporary restraining order Friday against a woman described as "an obsessed, mentally unstable stalker."
In his Los Angeles Superior Court filing, Timberlake said he "fears for the personal safety of himself, his family and employees."
Karen McNeil, 48, was turned away Thursday by security guards after making her way onto Timberlake's property. She also made two unsuccessful attempts to enter the Los Angeles home in June.
McNeil, who is believed to be homeless, was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away the "SexyBack" singer and his home.
Another hearing on the matter was scheduled for November.
