HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Justin Bieber is used to Bieber Fever following his every move, but he says there's a right way to approach him.
"Just talk to me," he advises fans in a Teen Vogue interview. "Ask me how I'm doing. Introduce yourself instead of yelling, 'Justin! Justin! Justin! Can I have a picture?' And don't come up to me while I'm eating. How would you like it if I came into your house and started taking pictures of you while you were eating? I hate that."
Bieber also admits that fame is already taking a toll on him.
"It's still amazing to see people wearing my shirts," the 16-year-old star says. "But I feel like I can't get away from myself. Like, I go to Walmart and I just want to go get some boxers and socks, but there are posters of me everywhere. Or my song comes on the radio, and it's like, 'Aah!'"
The Canadian star will soon make his acting debut on CSI. He'll star as Jason McCann, a troubled teen who is faced with a terrible decision regarding his only brother—a decision that leads him into an explosive confrontation with the CSIs.
"It seems like I'm this sweet and innocent kid, and then it turns out I'm the mastermind behind everything," he says of his character.
Bieber is currently eyeing a starring role as part of a movie deal he's exploring with Will Smith. He's also dreaming of a romantic comedy with Selena Gomez as his co-star. But don't worry, the two stars aren't dating.
"She's a good buddy of mine," Bieber says of Gomez. "She's really nice."
