SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J. — Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is now annoying in the eyes of the court.
At a court hearing Wednesday, prosecutors added the charge of annoying people on a beach to two others the Jersey Shore star was facing from her July 30 arrest in Seaside Heights, N.J., according to the Associated Press.
Snooki, 22, is also charged with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. Her attorney entered not guilty pleas to all three charges at the hearing, which the reality star did not attend.
If convicted of all three charges, Snooki could face up to $2,000 in fines. However, her attorney believes a clean record will likely keep Snooki's maximum fines at $500 or less.
Her trial was scheduled for Sept. 8.
