HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jennifer Hudson has dropped another 20 pounds since she first revealed her slimmed-down figure back in April.
"I didn't expect to go as far as I did!" the 29-year-old Weight Watchers spokesperson told People magazine. "People are like, 'Okay Jennifer don't lose anything else!' "
Hudson said the transformation in her figure still hasn't settled in, but perhaps that's because she's always been comfortable in her own skin.
"I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I'm like [she looks over both shoulders] 'Who are you trying to talk to?' the singer and actress explains. "My mind hasn't caught up yet."
She adds, "I've always been a person who's comfortable with myself whether it's plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter."
The former size 16 star joined the weight-loss program shortly after giving birth to her son David Jr. with fiancé David Otunga. She said becoming a mother for the first time last August influenced her to get into shape.
"I have a child now and I want to set a great example for him," she previously told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America. "Make better life choices, health choices, and just create a good example for him growing up."
