HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It appears there's been a change of heart for Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer.
The pair, who called time on their romance in August, seem to be rekindling their relationship with a string of public dates that began last Friday in Boston with a Ray LaMontagne concert.
Sources tell Us Weekly that the couple enjoyed a romantic dinner together across the country Tuesday night, having been spotted at the Tower Bar at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
"They looked like they had the best time. They were holding hands at one point and seemed very much back on," a source tells the magazine.
"She seemed extremely happy to be back with him," continued the insider. "They were close and laughing the whole time with their friends."
Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, reportedly split in August because the singer feared he wasn't ready for the level of commitment that the actress desired. While sources said Aniston wasn't in a rush to marry, her desire to eventually start a family most likely weighed in the couple's falling out.
"She did want to set a timetable for their future together," an insider told the U.K.'s Mirror after the split. "She also wanted him to assure her he would cut down his tours in the future when they did eventually have children."
Prior to the breakup, Aniston and Mayer had been nearly inseparable since first going public with their relationship in April.
