HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With rumors swirling that Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson are rekindling their old romance, some are worried about the couple's flames heating up again.
According to OK! magazine, the former lovebirds recently spent time together in Miami, where Wilson is shooting the film "Marley and Me" with Jennifer Aniston. The rendezvous, however, is making some nervous.
"Kate fell for Owen so hard that she risked everything and went head first into love with him," a friend of the actress tells OK!. "But even during the year they were together, it was a roller coaster. I hope what's going on now is just temporary."
Wilson and Hudson, who worked together on the comedy "You, Me and Dupree," started dating after the actress separated from her former husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson. The former co-stars broke off their relationship in May of last year.
Last August, Wilson was taken to St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, Calif. after a reported suicide attempt at his home.
"They're both busy with movies, and hopefully Kate will have some clarity and decide to just be friends with him," Hudson's friend adds. "I'd be very, very worried if they got back together seriously. It is ridiculous for her to think he's all better in eight months."
