Jesse James, Kat Von D, dating, couple, together, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jesse James and Kat Von D are making headlines after they were spotted together in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The tattooed twosome had dinner Saturday night at the Palm's N9NE steakhouse, but a rep for Kat Von D tells People the pair isn't dating.

"They did have dinner, but they are just friends," said the rep.

As for why the couple was later holding hands, the rep explained that Kat Von D has "been seen holding hands with friends before."

"There is no romance there with Jesse," the rep insisted.

James and Kat Von D were also seen exploring the town on Sunday. As for what the real lowdown on their relationship is, multiple sources tell TMZ that it's more likely a "friends with benefits" situation.

James and Sandra Bullock finalized their divorce in June, three months after the Monster Garage star confessed to cheating on the Oscar winner.
